When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered according to the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. Due to high demand, most orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days in Europe , excluding Sundays and public holidays. For international deliveries, please allow 9 to 12 days .
What can I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue quickly. To process your return or exchange efficiently, please use our contact form and include your order number, contact details, and, if necessary, photos of the damage.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
You can usually cancel or change your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, you may return or exchange items according to our Return and Exchange Policy.
